Website use

This website is operated by Armour Transport Limited. By using it you agree to use it lawfully and not to misuse it. The content is provided for general information about our services; while we keep it accurate and up to date, we give no warranty that it is complete or error-free, and details such as lead times are indicative and subject to confirmation when you book.

Quotes and bookings

A quote request submitted through this site is an enquiry, not a booking. Any quote we provide is subject to confirmation, vehicle and slot availability, and the trading conditions below. A contract is formed only when we accept your booking.

Conditions of carriage

Haulage services are provided under our standard trading conditions. Like most UK road hauliers, we contract under the Road Haulage Association (RHA) Conditions of Carriage (current edition), which govern matters including liability, claims and limitation. A copy is available on request before you book.

Intellectual property

The Armour Transport name, logo, and the content and design of this site are owned by Armour Transport Limited or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law. Subject to that, we are not liable for any loss arising from use of this website. Liability in respect of the carriage of goods is governed by the conditions of carriage referred to above.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
